On January 12th, 2021, Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic set a historic record in Canada when he became the first player in NBA history to record a triple-double in a single game against the Toronto Raptors. Jokic had 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists in the game, as the Nuggets defeated the Raptors, 127-120. This was Jokic's fourth triple-double of the season and his first in a regular season game outside of the United States. Jokic is the third player in NBA history to record a triple-double in a game played in Canada, joining Golden State's Draymond Green and Cleveland's LeBron James.
